Many have asked how I came up with the name Trivista. “Tri” meaning three: I specialize in (1)Commercial Brokerage, (2) Commercial Consulting, and (3)Commercial Tenant Rep Services.  I also consider the Trinity an important component of my company. “Vista” meaning a pleasing view, aspect, perspective, sight, or a beautiful view.

Trivista Brink was established in 2019, however, I have a much more established career history with over 35 years of commercial real estate experience in Minneapolis / St. Paul and the past 7 years right here in Waite Park, Minnesota. The company name may be new as of this 2019, but the experience, expertise, knowledge, and commitment behind the name are the most dependable attributes you’ll find in the Waite Park and St. Cloud area.
