Kevin Brink started Trivista Brink Commercial Real Estate in April of 2019 and has over 30+ years of commercial brokerage and management experience. Kevin was an owner and managing partner at INH Commercial Brokerage Inc. from January 2013 until December 2018. Kevin started Trivista as a brokerage, property management, and real estate consulting firm.

For 16 years Kevin worked as a broker in Minneapolis/St. Paul for CBRE and Welsh/Colliers as an investment sale and leasing specialist, two of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world.

He has been responsible for over 1.5M square feet of commercial property management and leasing. His credentials include:

• MN Licensed Real Estate Broker
• Lead broker for a Twin Cities Investment Sale of the Year
• Broker of the Year – Welsh/Colliers
• Twice a member of the Chairman’s Club CBRE
• Completed transactions in over 7.0M square feet in excess of $490M

As a leader in the industry, Kevin excels at sales, acquisitions, management, and leasing of commercial properties for various institutions, public funds, and private capital. This unique and diverse background gives him the expertise needed to execute all phases of his real estate assignments. Kevin’s strengths are creating detailed analytics that are relevant to the assignment, thorough marketing campaigns, and attention to detail to complete his client’s goals and objectives. His teams are known for their diligence, persistence and dedication to each of their listings, management accounts and clients.

Kevin enjoys basketball at all levels, missionary work in Venezuela through micro-loan and food assistance programs, and all water activities.
